Frequently Asked Questions

What does CoreSync Solutions do?

CoreSync Solutions is a fiber optic infrastructure contractor based in Central Texas. We provide fusion and mechanical fiber splicing, OTDR testing and certification, outside-plant network construction support, maintenance and repair, and 24/7 emergency fiber restoration for telecom carriers, utilities, municipalities, data centers, and enterprise clients.

What areas does CoreSync serve?

Our primary service area is Central Texas — including Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Seguin, Kyle, Buda, Victoria, Wharton, and Columbus. We also take on out-of-state emergency restoration work when a network needs rapid response.

Does CoreSync work as a subcontractor for other contractors?

Yes. A large share of our work is specialty subcontracting for prime contractors, carriers, and ISPs. We carry full insurance and safety documentation, integrate into your project workflow, and deliver clean as-built documentation so closeouts go smoothly.

What types of fiber can you splice?

We splice single-mode (OS2) and multimode (OM3/OM4/OM5) fiber using core-alignment fusion — including ribbon and mass fusion for high-count backbone — as well as mechanical splices and field-installable connectors for rapid restoration.

Do you provide testing and documentation?

Every segment is verified with bi-directional OTDR traces and insertion-loss readings, and we deliver as-built splice matrices, tray maps, and trace files in the format your acceptance process requires.

How do I request a quote or emergency dispatch?

Call (512) 665-0722 or email info@coresync.solutions. For routine inquiries we respond within two business hours; for network emergencies our line is staffed 24/7.
