Safety Is Not Negotiable

Every CoreSync crew member is trained, certified, and committed to a safety-first culture. We meet or exceed OSHA requirements on every job site — because our people and our clients depend on it.

Safety-First, Every
Job, Every Day

CoreSync was founded by field technicians who understood that safety isn't a box to check — it's how experienced infrastructure workers operate. A safety culture starts at the top and shows up in every decision made on the job site.

We require OSHA 10 certification for all field crew members and OSHA 30 for all supervisors. We conduct pre-job hazard assessments on every new work site. We enforce PPE standards with zero tolerance for shortcuts, regardless of time pressure.

Our commitment to safety isn't just for our crew's protection — it's a condition of working on live networks, in public right-of-way, and alongside other contractors who depend on every crew member on site to work safely and consistently.

Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

We complete a Job Hazard Analysis before beginning any new work site. Hazards are identified, controls are documented, and the entire crew is briefed before work begins.

PPE Compliance

Appropriate personal protective equipment is required on every job site. We enforce PPE standards regardless of site conditions or client expectations — our people go home safely.

Emergency Protocols

All CoreSync crews carry documented emergency response procedures. In the event of an incident, we have clear escalation paths, emergency contacts, and incident reporting protocols.

Documentation & Compliance

We maintain current OSHA compliance records, insurance certificates, and crew certifications. These are available to prime contractors and project owners on request.
