For the Field
CoreSync Solutions was founded by two technicians who spent years working alongside some of the largest fiber deployments in Texas. They saw firsthand how critical field execution was to project success — and how often that execution fell short.
The founders identified a persistent gap: prime contractors needed skilled, dependable splice technicians who could integrate cleanly into project workflows, deliver accurate documentation, and respond fast when networks went down. Most subcontractors only solved part of that problem.
CoreSync was built to solve all of it. Starting with Central Texas and the Austin–San Antonio corridor, we built our reputation one project at a time — showing up, doing the work right, and being the sub that project managers actually wanted to call back.

20+ years in outside plant fiber work across Texas and the Southwest. Built his career from the ground up as a splice technician before founding CoreSync.
Operations Lead
Background in telecom project management and contractor coordination. Ensures that every CoreSync project runs on schedule and delivers clean documentation.
